I’m not going to judge you on how you spend your sub but I am going to give my unsolicited opinion on your opinions about the state of the game

Make trash packs do something, make bosses and trash hit the tank so healer has to heal instead of the tank being able to solo everything. It doesn't have to be an instant wipe if it goes wrong but it would make room for at least some skill expression. For example they could make fights that can change depending on if you stunned or interrupted the boss/add. There is literally millions of ways but they are not even trying to make them interesting. This is a problem in hard content too (m6s add phase was a breath of fresh air)

the reason why Tanks can take so much damage is because back in the past the balance discord recommended people to put all of their strength materia on tank gear instead of vit materia. this would make tanks really squishy and they would die a lot because in the same expansion the balance discord also told healers to skip playing conjurer and just play AST for those sick sick card damage boosts or for them to play arcanist and just swap to SCH and let the fairy or your cohealer do most of the healing in raids and then when these new players would obviously eat ass in the dungeons and cry to SE, they disabled putting str materia to gear but that didnt stop the numbie chasers from telling them to use gear that still allowed them to do it, so SE invalidated main stat materia but the damage was already done, you had tanks that didnt know how to tank and healers that didnt know the fundamentals of healing this is what made them boost the fuck out of healing but the healers still didnt know how to heal and only wanted to play green DPS so then they played their trump card, they made warrior the ultimate sustain tank and then with its success they also lobotimized DRK to also function like warrior because it was so simple to use, over time they also made LD have a ton of sustain too because if WAR do sustain good so should DRK and this is where we are at now.
