Thanks to the anon who gave me pointers last month, it was a matter of skill issues after all.I couldn't kill all three groups of robots on the 4th cycle with my team, but shooting two with Rei and half of another with Nozomi's train drive-by was enough to get a groggy on the 5th wave after using Rei once. Afterwards, it was still possible to get a 2 Rei+2 Nozomi groggy by a margin of about one second, by banking cost through the whole fight skipping mReisa on the first two waves, relying only on Eimi's shield to get started.This left Tippy with just 36M for the end phase, which allowed terrible execution to get by with plenty of time to spare. Don't think I'm going to get through F100 without something extra, though.
