Between level 6 and 8 it's 50-50% if the RNG gets the merchant Tier 1 or Tier 2 elixirs. Above that Tier 1 and 3 have 25-25% and Tier 2 (both BM and V belongs here) 50%. Even then the 6 elixirs in the latter category don't get weighted equally: Necrotic Reis and See Invisibility has double (25%) change to drop than the rest (12.5%). My recommendation is to always visit every alchemist you have access to between Long Rests. Their supply tend to be wider and deeper, not to mention both elixirs are cheaper to craft than to buy.

I think most players would agree that Wyll’s storyline is the most boring among all the companions, but if you really think about it, on paper his story sounds very compelling."A noble knight forced to betray his conscience and sell his soul to a devil" sounds great, doesn’t it? Just imagine how many interesting quests could come out of that concept. For example, Mizora could constantly send Wyll on missions that go against his moral compass, testing his code of honor. The hero would be forced to commit evil (at least from his own perspective), which could make Wyll more cold or cynical on the surface, while deep down still believing in good. And we, in turn, could guide him either toward the light or into darkness, with each choice having its own consequences. Or, on the contrary, Mizora could present Wyll with morally gray choices, making him start to doubt his own ideals.You could even develop a romantic storyline between Wyll and Mizora, similar to Gale and Mystra, but more grounded. After years spent together, some kind of twisted attachment, care, intrigue, or even genuine feelings could develop between them. Or, if we go full fanfiction mode, Mizora could even conceive a child with Wyll and use that fact to manipulate him (though I’m not sure if that’s even possible within the lore).It sounds crazy, but it’s intriguing, right? In the hands of something like Critical Role, this kind of story could turn out absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, in the original, the only quest I can really highlight with that kind of morally gray choice and meaningful consequences is the mission to capture Karlach - and that’s far too little. I didn't want to separate them and it's not the most efficient route but it gives us a more satisfying closure than any other option. In short it's Raphael, Foundry, Cloister, Gortash. Varied content and party compositions where every battle has it's own flavor. I'll wrap up the minor things (returning to the Guildhall with Minsc, story time with Golbraith, a visit to merchants I skipped so far etc.) between them.

>>562911242>>562913480I feel the game was clearly build around SMAA as everything is blurry AF on lower settings. Even with that I have maxed out Sharpness applied to get crispy visuals. The unfortunate disadvantage is the grainy shadows regardless of the relevant setting's level but I can live with that. The other important thing is Anisotropic Filtering. I can tell the maximum x16 setting is optimal (see the extra detail on Gale's beard on the left) but I get awfully more "pixelization" with that on hairs and it's especially visible if the char is illuminated by sunlight. Sticking to x8 (see right on pic rel) is a slight step back quality-wise but the hairy pixels are way less frequent either. So while it's natural for hair and beard colors to change to a degree in direct sunlight the game has several rendering quirks under that circumstance that might ruin the overall visual experience. Higher resolutions seem to resolve some of these "fidelity" issues but that's obviously the hardest to increase as you're always playing at the maximum of your monitor anyway. In short you just have to find what settings works for you and your PC.
