How do I make a dominator Tachyon that can also win?

XOguri as a solo ace is very strong, but the more Dominators in the lobby, the worse they're going to do not to mention the misfire chance of missing two heals is not zero. Even the strongest XOguri + 2 debuffers are only having a 50%ish WR and of course their teammates are zero chance. However, if you're running Rudolf as a Late gambler, as best as I can tease out by looking at the win rate between people with Dominator but without Hesistant Paces to capture most Hybrid Aces vs the ones without Dominator at all, it's costing you only like .6% on her WR while boosting the team winrate up from 25% to 35%. Of course, there's a billion more considerations about team comp and anyone who's running Rudolf without Dominator is probably just dumb and bad, but I'd say that it's probably fine to throw away 300 points on her for Dom if she's on your team anyway.
