Did they change race or stat mechanics a few days ago? Oguri Cap turned into a fuck up and can't win half her races anymore. I'm using the exact same fan deck as before and half my optional races tell me I am a top contender etc. and then she gets 4th or 14th saying she lacked Power when it's 600 like her Speed or she doesn't know enough skills when the others know 2 Skills and I have 4 or 5.
