Still broken but there's a mild IQ check now.The biggest problem is that we now have a gutter tier. Look at Eternus hero win rates and how comedic the disparity is. Some characters exist just to die on repeat and feed a streamer's ego I guess. Like that's all they do.

Wraith, Dynamo, and Mirage have the luxury of being lane bullies while also scaling (Dynamo doesn't scale as well but he's good at basically every part of the game)It's insane to me they gave the best coinflip ulter in the game good spirit nuke and god tier utility, I really don't know what their balancing philosophy is at this point.
