I just carted to this ugly hunchback lizard, who has the same moveset as Yian Kut-Ku and the annoying flash dinosaur from World that stuns you, except this ugly thing can do AOE flash stuns. For example, Pragmata just came out after a whopping 6 year development.Meanwhile, back in the 2000s, development cycles were like 2-3 years at most. Think of how Clover Studio at Capcom released 6 major games in its 3 years of its existence.

Capcom cannot detect cheating if its a Framework script because Framework disabled all their anti cheat. If Framework is outdated or uninstalled the mods and CC tickets vanish; you have to literally tell someone you mod and have them report you and even then they may not ban you because they cannot detect cheats using Framework. The only player ever banned was (1) guy using outfits early.
