you really ought to just level shadow (or disc till 40 then shadow depending on your preferences / the server changes you're on) and simply not have shadowform on during dungeons, you already have mad heals and focus on int by default so you will be able to extremely effectively heal dungeons up to cap without even specializing in any healing talents, that way you can run the dungeons you don't prefer once for quests or 0 times at all if you really hate them and focus on the ones you like. priest doesn't do the highest dps soloing but it's basically impossible to kill as well and is /cozy/

though frankly i have no idea what your problem with either of those dungeons are imo they're great and your fav WC is one of the wackest dungeons in classic, like it's got a great atmosphere but it's a big wonky maze a lot of noobs get lost in, i do think if you like it the most you'll love most later dungeons though as theyre built similarly but more players are less likely to get lost and confused by higher levels

only at 40 should you respec to shadow since youll have rank 3 mind flay, shadowform and pain spike on twow. disc is in a similar boat but also has more issues pre-60 since you need the holy talents for your best output

The reality is Alliance always have 5 to 10 on defense at the start, and tries to cap towers and graveyards with one or two people. When Horde realizes the capped towers and graveyards are left undefended or with a single defender, they go back and recap when the respawn south because they died pushing north to defense.
You should be going full offense at the start and just race. It results in quick games where even the losers win. But you're a rogue on defense so obviously you aren't very smart.

Blizzard doesn't actually give a shit, the 4-6k pop is a drop in the bucket for them. But according to US copyright law a company HAS to defend its trademarked products or risk losing their rights to it. You aren't turtling because the towers got backcapped, the towers got backcapped because you were turtling. If you had more people south defending them then they would never get taken back. When alliance isn't being retarded and turtling they usually get more honor than the horde despite the horde "winning" because speedrunning horde skips/doesn't defend the first two bunkers while the alliance will take every tower.

Usually an emergency stop-gap, can also be used pre-emptively to stop big incoming damage. Warrior and Bear tanks don't like getting shielded on pull since they need to be HIT in order to get rage. No rage is no threat. No threat is a dead you. Still useful to stop massive damage intake and get the time to cast a fat heal. Go wild with this one on Paladins, they don't mind.
