This has probably been the season that I've noticed how bad Competitive has become. I usually bounce between Celestial III-I but it's definitely felt like a slog this time. Every other game is a potential thrower, instalockers, ragebaiting teammates, OTPs, smurfs with massive egos, and bad Duos. I dont know if this is a product of the player-base being unchecked because the developers aren't doing the neccessary balance changes to keep the game from getting massively stale, which would force people to learn different characters and playstyles.I've seen a huge influx of of teams surrendering, and it's sad. I just dont understand why so many people aren't willing to change up their composition when they have nothing to lose at that point. I haven't seen a single team come back from a really bleak match on either side. When a team falls apart It's pretty much just a straight loss or surrender vote. I am willing to bet that a lot of this is player-driven though, because it doesn't make senst htat I hvaen't seen a single comeback at all in over a month.
