Mustang, Ingrid and Andersen were friendly, with Syuen and Burningum in an antagonistic role which is also gone now. We got 2 other mystery deputy chiefs who delegate decisions to good guy Burningum. There was the threat of an immoral central government and Enikk at the beginning but it's also gone now: Enikk is now also like "my circuits tell me that (You) are cool" and the mystery government wasn't in the room where the big decision of a third reclamation war was made (with all of your big important friends in there instead). I'm guessing the judges were still a threat but they also are cool with SKK now. The Ark was a dystopia because of the people behind it at the beginning but now it sounds like a magical place and the issues it has aren't because of the people that run it but because of foreign enemies or circumstances. I think in retrospective Fragile's odd voice acting consistency drop in the last story chapters may have been a sign that she was going to be offed soon, they didn't pay more than the minimum to get it recorded, or didn't pay to get older lines rerecorded. There were scenes where she speaks with her more recognizable lower voice and then by the next line she suddenly switches to a much higher pitched one with a different emotional tone as well.
