Thoughts on precision intensify garuda? She literally only needs ability strength for for the guaranteed slash proc on her 4's augment. While running overextended you reach your threshold for 100% slash chance with just precision intensify and power drift or a red shard. Even without that you're at a 97% slash chance. Bloodletting is efficiency based and everything that matters about her 1 is percentage based and charged.

Idle musings, I think the reason warframes are special infested bio-drones, is because of toxin damage. I think DE had to make them partially organic to explain why toxin damage worked, because originally they were suits, toxin damage was affecting the person inside, but when they decided to introduce the Operator there was no longer a person inside for toxin to affect, and you can't poison a machine, so they had to make the frames organic machines. Toxin affecting robotic enemies is just collateral damage, it makes no sense but they're stuck with it.

Okay, how the fuck does Voruna's spread work with melee hits?The wiki says it only spreads the status effects and their initial 10 stacks from her 2, so I took that to mean if you hit an enemy with slash then it will up the base damage of those 10 slash procs then spread them but after trying it out in the simulacrum it seems to work like only half the time? I'll get 10 slash procs, hit with an 11x dex nikana heavy and only a 900 damage slash will spread
I’m feeling a bit smoothbrained, can I get an explanation as to why you don’t want to use adaptation and persistence together? I understand that persistence is already going to prevent you from getting chunked by things that adaptation also would in certain circumstances but isn’t adaptation worth taking to lessen sustained damage persistence won’t prevent, or just damage overall? On paper it seems like a best of both worlds. Maybe I just don’t understand their interactions/formula.
