The people want ecchi and fanservice. That's why Gal Guardians is one of their biggest Steam games (Servants could have went higher but it launched very unfinished and was tainted with the mixed review score). It's why Gal Gun Double Peace is still their best selling game of all time (not quite reflected in the Steam CCU, a lot of people bought it after it became a Youtuber meme game).
