I wonder why people speculate so much about Gunvolt 4. It just leads to disappointment because your hype fanfiction is always going to be more interesting than what INTI will go with. Just because Gunvolt is back in the past with everyone back alive and Morb telling GV he needs to make friends does not mean that they're suddenly going to reverse that trend. Just because it looks like it's setting up the plot dominoes for it doesn't mean it needs to knock them over. The plot is still blurry and can still assemble in a totally different way. 2+2 does not always equal 4 in fiction, and maybe if you look at it from another angle, you'll see it equals 5. It's also a hassle to get back the VAs, especially as the old games are over 10 years old.

It didn't take much to get Shiden moving in GV3, Pantera seemed sad that either adepts or humans had to die for the other to survive in her world view, Elise doesn't really want to be fighting GV to begin with, Carrera is just a fight autist clown who even GV admits is not evil, Nike is basically a confused hero, and so on.
