Got lucky and got into two dungeons (bricked on first pull of maisara, ironic to the conversation) pretty quickly this afternoon. All the hyper autism comes from trying to to the most damage and least over healing possible while doing the hardest keys and using all your utility like incap roar, going bearform for extra hp, vortex/typhon/soothe/root/main/etc., but you don't have to press any of that at all in early dungeons and can just focus on learning the dungeons and your basic heals.Only biggest tip I have is in dungeons to load up your tank with hots then go into cat stealth before he starts combat so you don't get healer aggro and explode.
