Passive skills have been a roll of the dice for now, with Asagi being essentially murdered by her Passive, some being completely unremarkable (Azusa, cool, extra 20% crit I guess) and some being central on how you play the character (Annerose). The problem is that resiliency passives like the one Wight got don't work well with the gameplay loop of AT (nuking/disabling everything before they can do a thing with some extra regen for safety if needed) so if we get some dumb health restore thing for Murasaki that would be mediocre.Or they can go the Asagi route and nerf into the ground the Tentacle Mine combo by turning it in a passive and making Murasaki essentially unplayable.

I really don't get why you just can't add step up characters to, for example, arena fragment rotation, switching up Oboro and other paypig chars. That way you will guarantee at least one copy for everyone, but it will still take a long time (maybe we can get everyone even before EOS) and whales will get them earlier anyway. Make skill cards obtainable with t-cash (maybe they are, i didn't check the shop much), so you can milk them for pay to win advantages.Whatever...
