I was one of the 5 people who actually bought shadow weave and I will tell you this is actually a massive nerf to an item that wasn't really great in the first place. clearly they want people to use the item more so they're dropping it to tier 3 but the compensatory nerfs are way too much. cd is super long now and the invis duration is much shorter with a longer detection range and the buffs which were ok before are still just ok. if they were trying to get this item out of meme status they failed, if anything it just became much more viable exclusively for meme builds

Not complaining about the Infernus 2 nerf, but he really doesn't do anything outside of his 2 right now. It literally accounted for ~4/5ths of all his damage even if you were trying to build around afterburn or his 1. They should've nerfed his 2 even harder damage-wise so it could focus as an escape and buffed his afterburn (but make it require more shots to proc). Anyways, I'm glad I won't have to play against him for awhile now at least.
