Jagex was extremely generous with afk relics for Gamer Dads (TM). . If you're actively playing, my advice would be to do boss slayer tasks. You're working towards the 50m slayer task, bosses drop tons of items that are worth 80/200 points, completing combat achievements are also tasks, and many bosses have kc tasks for 200 points each too.
