so, apparently Neeko was released and her intention was to be as a midlaner. i rarely ever see people playing this champ but i think her personality and voicelines are so charming that i want to pick her up mid. she is very unpopular it seems. would it be worth learning her mid? or, should i not even bother since Riot likes to completely rework (delete) unpopular champs and then replace it with something completely different? Decision making (macro) is something you can only learn with experience, playing tons of games and actively thinking about what is happening in a given moment; you can't practice experience like you can practice mechanics. Think of it this way: Your team falls behind, they take one infernal and one cloud, not great but not terrible. 3rd dragon is chemtech and you got Mundo in your team, thats it, all you gotta do is secure the next 3 dragons and you win because with all this tenacity and slow resistance, Mundo will be literally unstoppable with that 15% tenacity on top of whatever else this guy has build.
