I always assumed it was Gunvolt and Joule working together that kept her from succeeding, or in Copen's route, Copen beating on her, so Joule could do her thing. But thanks to all the arguing, now I'm questioning whether the plan would have failed on its own, or if Zonda would have sang and then immediately died afterward from the Muse rejecting her.

You're more likely to end up with adept feifdoms with nonadept serfs than an ethnoadept utopia, or whatever's going on in iX.
