Calling it now. Sephiroth will sadly be on the slightly weaker side. People say see counter and global stun and lose all sense of reason. His Scintilla detection area is actually miniscule and can easily be played around. In fact, people will get punished if they think this is a safe option to spam randomly. The stun is a cool gimmick but would need to be miraculously be capitalized upon for anything to work and even then it's meh. Also only stuns through barriers and doesn't break or damage through barriers. Also, that animation seems to take forever so there is clear reaction time. Leaves him with one weak boss damage UR and a kind of decent damage UR. Seems like a slow movement speed ranged unit as well so that's why they gave him gapcloser low rarities.
