She gets an innate bonus with Throwing attacks, so I'd focus on that. Go thief and Hunter and then adventurer (adventurer gets a bonus with boomerangs) and keep focusing on throwing classes. For end-game, an easy top build with be a Shield Hero one. Shield Hero is a tank-type that can equip two shields and can use Defense in place of other stats for Throwing. The slime ability that lets you split to take extra actions reduces your Attack/Magic/Dex but not your Defense, so you'll still be getting full damage with lots of attacks.
