Added a new status effect to Moku. Rage has three effects. 1) You don't lose stamina. 2) You can't be stunned by conventional means. 3) Damage you deal and take is doubled. It was designed for enemies, so unlike this video where I have rage active, it's unlikely to be applied to the player much if at all. I doubt enemies will be able to enter rage on the lowest difficulty settings. Gonna try to apply it to this boss and a few enemies to see how the difficulty changes.

Getting the rage status effect on the boss, it's cool seeing it in action and I think makes the fight a bit more dynamic. I made it so getting the boss wet removes the rage status effect, literally cooling it off, but you can also just let the status effect linger, taking advantage of the damage bonus when you get hits in. I did make it so the damage multiplier is 1.5 instead of 2.0 though.
