Buggy and janky with terrible performance to boot. But still, wonderful experience, definitely worth the price if you can get a friend on board. If you're just doing Damnation or below, you can easily beat it or match it with functionally any gun out of the "Oh shit nigger what are you doing?" ones. People don't want you to bring it on Havoc because they don't want to feed ammo to you, so if they're looking at the Havoc data it won't show up as anything abnormal between the bad players and players not taking it since the "meta" for Havoc is Phosphor. The Arc Rifle only comes alive on Auric where there is finally enough shit to shoot and no one minds you picking up ammo. It's a very silly gun, on Auric, and probably on Havoc if you can find the right team comp. No one is shilling it, and no one is whining about it either. If I go into Auric with another Skitarii using it there is a good chance he barely cracks 300k because he probably doesn't even know he needs to brace it. Regardless, it will catch a general nerf once they fix the spare mag bug since that'll hurt every gun's total damage output. Be more concerned about what they do to Noosy. Lots of bitching about it being too strong.

From what I've gathered it's largely due to a mix of a optimization issues, and people that seem upset that they can't just go all rambo on all of the monsters like Doomguy.
