This is the worst possible system to implement during fucking pandemonium summer rof all things, all makoto/chiaki/satsuki/ibuki lovers would want all of pandemonium anyway, and even most iroha sensei's would still probably want all of them. Now? Get fucked, no spark so of you get one in the 100 rolls you have to completely reset the rolls for the other, and then fes itself means you now have to hope you don't get unlucky and get fucked by the new system, because sparking can't save you either. You need like 80000 saved up just to try and get everyone. Of all banners, these ones are the worst possible ones to be the first ones under this shitty new system because it's definitively worse and if they actually go through with it and don't cancel the changes due to backlash, the game is 100% easing because this banner shows how shit it is. It's like zzz's angels of delusion back to back banners that showed how shit its gacha system was.

Since pity carry over, that mean you can risk a 10 roll here and there (or even use the time-limited tickets) and know the amount will carry over to a huge release like FES. Hell, for FES, the 100 free rolls in the weeks prior might either give you a rate-up character or makes it so you only need 100 rolls for the actual FES character. Or if you don't want to risk it, roll 99 times and you now have 1 immediate 50/50 roll on the FES characters and an additional 100 rolls for the guarantee.
