The character from Oshi No Ko that I'd compare the most to Amy is Ruby, because she's the most direct, straight forward and persistent in chasing after the guy she likes no matter how anyone else thinks of her or how many times he ties to put some distance between them, and she was doing that across two different lives while blatantly ignoring all the societal conventions and rules that would otherwise make any actual relationship at least heavily frowned upon. Kana is a tsundere, who wasn't open about how she felt about Aqua. Honestly, I guess Akane would be slightly closer to Amy than Kana is simply on the fact that Akane's relationship with Aqua became mostly centered on her capacity to help support him on his goals, and being on a similar mental wavelength with him in that regard, which could be compared to Amy wanting to be part of Sonic's adventures and improving on herself specifically in regards to keeping up with him and stuff.
