I don't know what it is about Blizzard, but for the past several expansions, the login screen music has been utterly fucking obnoxious to listen to. They make it way too fucking bombastic, to the point that I just find myself turning off the game's music entirely. At a certain point, you just want it to shut the fuck up. This has been a reoccurring issue for years now, and it feels weird that it's an aspect that never gets discussed, and is there really even much of a point for the theme to go on for 8-12 minutes? Just feels unnecessary. I feel like the first time I noticed this about WoW's more modern music was back in WoD with the Horde garrison. That theme really overstayed its welcome.

My goals each season were to reach Elite in PvP (with emphasis on Arena) and Keystone Legend (upgraded to Myth in Midnight), goals I thought to be above average. I achieved my goals each season so far. But I've come to realize that the rest of the active (so not mountsmogscheevos) playerbase is significantly more sweaty than I am, in both PvE and PvP and that it's going to be a very slippery slope going forwards. Difficulty will keep increasing to appease those. They are far from being a majority, but they are what keeps the lights on so Blizzard is going to cater to them. I fear there's going to be no middle ground soon and we already see this with AOTC being really hard for a lot of the middle of the pack guilds.On the PvP side of things, well shit's fucked, there's no fixing that. You either keep playing to git as gud as the multiglads or you quit. Basically the game seems to be really skewed difficulty wise, is all I'm saying, either super hard or turn your brain off easy which I don't think is healthy in the long term.
Can they just bring back Shattering Star and Engulf already? Everything they've done to Devastation this expansion just makes it feel worse and worse.
