Leveling is streamlined now and you no longer need to party like how it was a decade ago. That aside all endgame dungeon contents can be soloed if you wish to play that way except for Bakal Raid and the upcoming Mu Raid.

I did it a lot back during Anton, Luke and Prey but ever since they released solo modes for Sirocco and Ozma I stopped doing that. I was going to get back into it for Bakal again but even close to launch the hard mode sells were so cheap and you needed so few runs of it that I just bought clears and never did a real raid.

Dark Knight and Creature were both pretty bad, then they got good. Tab Chan is good now but we still call her Tab. Battle Mage got reworked this year.If you look at the patch notes for when they do balance patches you'll see they increase the damage on a bunch of skills for every class each time, but your class has to be clunky/old enough that the koreans playing the game complain about it to get a rework that really changes skills. Then when that happens you have to hope they don't kill that one skill you liked. I am glad Neil The Sniper is gone though.

Dusky wasn't a great upgrade gear wise but at least fighting Largo was fun, Asharan is just miserable. The content is dull and the rewards are ass. If your class relied a lot on certain communion pieces you straight up lose damage when you upgrade because there's no clear upgrade path for communion.Really captures that early Luke raid feeling where people would upgrade pieces even if it broke their epic set and cost them damage just so they could get into pubs easier since all people looked at was how many upgraded pieces you had.And from what I hear the gear after Asharan is so RNG heavy it's basically a return to mythics yet again. They really need to get their shit together, the second half of 110 cap is a dumpster fire.

Hunter was feeling kind of iffy while I was leveling her but now that I'm 110 with talismans and some cooldown gear she feels really nice. I especially like how once you get in the groove she just sits in place and spams a ton of skills. Really feels like a turret.

Neople showed a teaser of what to expect in a livestream and made it a priority to improve the gameplay loop due to massive complaints about the current one. If you like SNK definitely come back and get all the free event rewards as collabs will never come back, if not then pass. Personally, I think collabs are quite interesting regardless of the IP. The last time we had a collab was in 2019 with Re:ZERO btw.If you can, try to keep tabs on DFO around Christmas and New Year's. There's free presents and you can simply log in to claim them. Also try to be here for anniversary in March when DFO turns 10. I have a very good feeling there will be a lot of premium goodies given away to celebrate the milestone. Even if you don't plan on playing immediately it's a good idea to stock up during giveaways in case you come back later in the future.

The leveling event ends in less than a month but you can outgrow all of your current characters' fame in a week, less even.
