Played Dragon's Crown with people a few years ago and it was both easy and it felt good. It's kinda crazy how it works. It does require RPCS3 and I don't think you can connect to people on normal consoles but I haven't tested that.

Playing Xenoblade Chronicles X on cemu for the first time. Game runs pretty well, so far up to chapter 4. Apparently you need to go online in order to change your character's faction which is stupid. First time using cemu as well and tried looking into its options for online but the options are all greyed out. I also noticed this emulator lacks a lot of basic options. Anyways I tried looking online and followed the opening post about pretendo but then I read>"In Order to use Pretendo on Cemu, you need to have Pretendo already installed on your Wii U."Does this mean I need to have an actual WiiU in order to go online on an emulator?
