Why don't any MMOs let you have NPC companions?Just look at how popular "gacha" "games" are. Just imagine how popular customizable and dress-upable NPCs would be.Plus, it'd attract those without friends.And it'd help with leveling and dungeons, since you can have companions that make up for what you lack (tank npc if you're dps or heal, etc.).
