Co-op multiplayer is being released November 18th as free DLC for The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. Any new achievements? And will theis update inlcude the item balance changes? I know they did some twitter poll ages ago where they asked ppl for the worst/most useless items which would get a change in the future.
