Yeah. If they remained the same, I would probably enjoy the game enough to play it sometimes at least (outside of dailies). Just thinking about the later tier missions keep me from booting the game up again. With how lopsided matches can be on top of specificity (without rerolling missions), it just really doesn't feel good. I noticed it in other games with similar missions for their passes. There are always missions that detract from the fun of the game instead of rewarding you for actually playing. For sure in team games, it hurts everyone since people will sandbag just to finish missions over having a proper game

Calibur with Turnabout Guard and a few healing codes is pretty good at surviving things since you can just keep wiping out your gum damage with The Boon over and over. Probably shouldn't take Starting Dash like I did here though since you need energy to stay alive too. Ninja Sense Pro is a good fit for that. Build is the same thing I've been using for ages since Starting Dash didn't work out

Next season theme was revealed early. Fantasy. Nothing new except outfits and a Turf Match Special Week at the start of the season. I guess my PTO isn't going to waste after all

Spent $25 on jala to complete the pass because I am unable to break free of FOMO's clutches, but on the bright side it was enough to reach the end from tier 55 with my earned jala unlocked jala and I still have enough for the mini pass.

Welp, one day of trying the main modes at peak population and I'm already done trying to play anything but Turf and pass matsuri for the rest of the season. Maybe some tournament too since people can't cheat as much there, but I'm not sure I even want to bother with that anymore.

Pretty cute

Variable Stance lost the guard break setup after the Back Attack slash that it used to have, so that's nice. They can still throw out Breaks for free pressure while using VS and VS can still dodge and/or counter any move in the game though so it's still just as broken. I don't think most people even knew about the guard break setup
