Been playing RuneScape F2P since 2017ish. Just casually grinding and enjoying the vibes while doing other things. Gf just started playing a week ago and is more shit with money then me so convinced me we should become members.What advice would you give new members? Ones playing F2P for a long time? Brand new accounts?

You don't need any of the level requirements for Fairy Tale 2 to start the quest and get fairy rings which are the only thing people care about.
