Why play 64 tick russian opponent routed through jamaica on a finnish Server from America? Playing CS2 feels like playing tarkov atm you mostly fight apparitions and enemies that 'aren't there' except for on your last shot they walk around the corner and die but that doesnt happen on your screen you never see their sprite and simply just accept you're a better saints row 1 player (saints row 1 likely had better netcode than cs2 desu)

CS2 is fucking dogshit, CS:S is literally better at this point community included

If you're interested in a matchmaking platform akin to faceit or esea... but isn't CS:2, instead for CS 1.6,I been working on this for a while, feel free to join the discord to keep track til release:

What keeps me playing CS:S is the fact that CS2 has no fucking community servers/custom maps scene.

More popular than ever, yet less variety than ever. Over 1 million concurrent players, and they're all playing 5v5 dust2, inferno, etc. No 12v12 crazy maps, scoutzknivez, nipper maps, cool custom shit.

I've been playing CS since pre-1.6 and I've never seen it this bad. The focus on matchmaking, skins, and "esports" took the soul out of the game.

At least there's CS: Legacy to look forward to. Hopefully it won't suck, and people actually end up playing it.

This should be the CS2 moto. Millions of players and it feels like 20 people are playing.

Looking forward to it as well, but that shit getting DMCAd so fast. And on the off chance the Valve is too lazy, I doubt there would be enough people there to for anything different from dust2, inferno etc. Even the starting maps would be too much.
