That's your choice. When I play wildcard, the idea of winning isn't even in my mind, I just play it as a warm-up like a better version of the firing range. The unlimited respawns make it too fast-paced to worry about what the other guys on my team are doing.

Having said that, I have had wildcard matches where I just can't get a fucking weapon, and it takes a while before I can really start to fight. If I get dropped in a hot zone and there's kitted out enemies all around while I'm trying to find anything useful, I will spend a bit of time looting before I join you in fighting

My 3.5K was in ranked BR with a 301 and a prowler, but I attribute it more to the server being randomly bad than me being particularly good. I just kept melting with the 301 against enemies that couldn't aim, and teammates doing something like 1K and 600

The game tries to evenly distribute the skill level of solos so as you do better you are more likely to get worse teammates to make it "fair".
This would only work if everyone was solo queuing but they aren't so you just get punished and it will only get worse as the player base continues to shrink.

Never raged this much in a moment like this ever before
We killed both of the ashfag's teammates (right next to the ash) and then i pushed the ash and got downed and all of a sudden my teamates just stop moving or mpve to cover somewhere else, and just randomly go and fire on other squads not even nearby, or firing back or anything. Then the ash heals TWICE while trying to finish me, and then melees me to death NOT EVEN BEHIND ANY COVER OR ANYTHING IN COMPLETE PLAIN SIGHT WHILE MY TEAMMATES FOR SOME REASON EXIST IN 2 DIFFERENT SPOTS ON EITHER SIDE OF THIS ASH PLAYER WITH EVERY ANGLE EVEN JUST TO USE THE MAGGIE DRILL AT THE VERY LEAST
This has happened like 3 times already today and i haven't even played that many matches. I can't even tell if these subhumans purposefully ignore chat, comms and pings. I mean half of them are french or arabs so i don't know what else i expect.
After reviewing the footage again the hilarious thing is that atleast one of my teammates seems to look in my direction and then just before the ash comes back to melee me to death they look away, for the entire time like not even because anything happened they just have the memory of a goldfish or something it's fucking bizarre. I wonder if it's like other games where there are large parts of the playerbase that have everything muted, including pings, or they are just chimpanzees who can't hear their smoke detectors.

The average player is actually so far from proper human sentience, i'm in disbelief sometimes playing this, it feels like every match you just get some sort of retard until the EOMM throws a bone for you eventually.

I don't see a world where she gets moved to support though. Maybe they'll give her harder support style perks, but they learned the hard way with how powerful that is (look at Alter's nerf where they had to swap "Friends" with with a control perk). I think Watto being a para-support works because her kit is otherwise situational. No wacky movement, the ultimate helps you hold down a building in end game, and even the buffed fences are still only an annoyances (because maps were designed to keep Wattson from having perfect fences).
But not to get lost in the weeds, Bangalore is very much assault. Smoke is still super useful for pushing as well as retreating, and the ultimate is great at zoning. Can't forget about her bullet dodging "oscar mike" passive. Gibby is an interesting case study though because his doesn't seem to fit the theme. He was always support-coded because he had the fast bubble res, though you can certainly use his tac like Bang to both push and retreat.
I hope they don't move Bang after all that because it would be a complete Nerf. The free gold reload and speed boost and wallhacks on crack are actually broken. The problem is that most mouth breathers (including the pros) still don't know how to leverage these things very well. They're always fighting the last ALGS with their team comps.

I'm just saying, with moving Valkyrie to recon and switching Ash and Rev in skirmisher and assault, they seem to be comfortable with changing legends' roles around. The only way to really know about no audio is to review your own footage. I feel like I get snuck up on a lot, but when I'm streaming for others to watch, they say they heard the footsteps. I'm not saying there are zero audio issues, I think when you're tired and frustrated but zoned in, you start to mentally block out other sounds.
