The 5 you get is assumedly a fraction Dandy gives you for the labor while he pockets the rest, with the 2 you get from canisters being the full amount contained in them. So in theory, one could try to calculate the amount based on the volume of the machine tanks compared to the canisters. An additional question that follows is, what is ichor measured in? Pints? Liters?

A hostile intruder to Gardenview carrying a long and sharp pair of scissors which they proceed to stab into Dyle’s stomach when he catches them intruding (and they leave them in there). Dyle annoyedly calling security to deal with the intruder and THEN calling for medical help to deal with the scissors lodged in his body, intentionally not informing his handler or anyone else he knows that he’s hurt because it causes him some weird sort of embarrassment. His handler (me) and a few others finding out anyway as we were watching the security cameras where it happened because we also suspected an intruder or something similar due to having heard noises. Me running to his side with no regard for the risk of getting stabbed myself, and finding him leaning against a wall looking somehow paler than the white color his face normally is, not bleeding out but visibly very uncomfortable and perhaps in shock. Immediately taking hold of him in a comforting way to calm him and keep him from possibly fainting in a way that would hurt him, telling him he’s absolutely going to be okay (and that I can tell it’s not a fatal wound, I wouldn’t lie to him) and reminding him to breathe when he seems to be holding his breath, placing my hand gently on his chest or in front of his mouth so I can feel if he’s breathing. Dyle barely speaking but still showing me that my caring for and comforting him in this moment truly does matter by resting his head on my shoulder while he waits for help to arrive. Medics eventually coming to take him to a med wing where they safely take the scissors out of him, keep him from bleeding out and assess internal wounds. Dyle being released from the med wing with bandages wrapped around his waist and doctor’s orders to rest as to let the puncture wound as well as his internal organs heal, but in typical Dyle fashion he still tries to do everything, despite being in pain when he moves around too much. I could go on but I’ve hit character limit.
