War start is the only time collies pop ever comes close to matching warden's pop. Two main reasons for this:1) most collies haven't played in a bit, so they are back for a few weeks to scratch the foxhole itch2) many warden regis only care about tanks/ships and so don't even bother logging on for the first few weeksCollie vets understand this means they have a very limited window of opportunity to fight wardens on an even basis. For that reason, they have to do an all out offensive across every hex and gain as much ground as possible while the pop is even. This generally goes pretty well for a few weeks until they start getting bogged down at all the usual chokepoints. This is also around the time where the rest of the warden faction logs on. At this point collies have been on the offensive for several weeks, are throwing themselves at conc'd metas in choke points and are now heavily outnumbered at every fight. The offensive stalls out and it's time to check the map and see if they took enough ground for the war to still be winnable despite a pop disadvantage. If they haven't captured enough strategic points, collies call it. "Oh well, GG, cya all back here in a couple of weeks!". Wardens spend the next few weeks fighting a handful of solos, randoms, low ranks, and the skeleton crews of a few regis. Wardens gloat post EXTENSIVELY on reddit, as capturing nearly empty hexes is fun for them I guess.This accurately describes the general structure of each war and will continue to be accurate unless something is done about the massive pop advantage warden has.

Wardens are really desperate to depict collie decision making as emotional or "rage quit" or their "spirits were broken" when it's literally the exact opposite of that. The fact of the matter is that collie strategic decision making is so rational it's almost mathematical. You could come up with a formula for it. "To have a chance at winning the war we need to capture X territory by Y date." Once date Y rolls around you check the map and see if you captured X territory. You have? Ok cool, lets grind out the win. You haven't? Ok cool, GG we'll try gain next war, who is getting on hell divers?It's a very simple thought process, no emotion required

>>2305813The thing with ambulance is they can stack bandages and plasma to a ridiculous degree, so i usually take 50 of each, maybe a bit more bandages and park it unlocked in between the spawn point and the frontline that way medics can quickly resupply which is genuinely super useful. Its also cool when you check your ambulance and people have deposited crit wounded. Then i larp and bring all of them to the nearest hospital, go to a storage depot and do logi on my way back. Its a fun loop and one of the rare fun and helpful thing you can do as a solo
