On Long, it depends on if you've got innate recoveries or not, but yea, you either switch out to stam sparks or stam card instead of power. You're not building for ultra long slop, and Radiant is a decent recovery since you're not aiming for consistency so firing late doesn't hurt as much, so you only need like 1kish stam and then a couple of recoveries which you'll get hints for from racing anyway. I will say the real trick that I learned was that if you're not getting a bunch of skills you want to spend on from your cards, don't be afraid to just buy a couple of skills that are applicable the moment you get a hint in them so that you can't waste a second hint into them instead of getting something new, because it's very easy to end up with more SP then relevant skills sometimes if you've got a lot of RB for a ton of SP
