The merchant rune set gives you effectively double your SP pool, on top of tons of damage. You also need some strong defenses (shields especially) because you are inherently very flimsy. Both budget and geared are strong for their respective brackets.Gunslinger needs to farm their BiS weapons which can be a pain in the ass. They also want orleans gloves, maybe ulles+odins blessings, and a fair chunk of time spent farming materials for bullets+spheres. They're not super hard to gear but they're pretty mediocre until they actually get their pieces.Wizard is straightforward - stack INT, stack DEX. Endgame you can do a swap to cast time reduction gear but don't worry about it early. They -can- function off minimal gear but it's more of a skill check class if you do so. Endgame you hit instacast which feels nice, but ultimately you still get out-dps'ed by every other class. It does let you kite enemies without taking a hit though.Monk requires multiple high end gear pieces to shine and by the time you get it all set up you're probably close to 443 anyways. Diablos rings, +9 lich's bone wand, variant shoes, diablos robe, it's an investment. Not recommended for noobs.Smith first and foremost NEEDS alpha costume or else it sucks mega ass.
