Starts on a corner, so we know that Angling and Pump Iron are in play, Brian's will probably be good corner velocity for this one (it is IIRC). If it was on a straight, then we know it'd be plancha and other stuff. So that already makes things simpler. It's a medium track, and we know Dober's a medium merchant. Her unique actually has two separate conditions, it'll go with one or the other but for hers it's honestly easier to just plug into the umalator or remember which medium tracks in particular Dober's is good on, which is like most of them. Then we know like Taiki/Nishino is mostly limited to mile/sprint, you can plug them in and see if it works. Taiki's IIRC is in the second half of the final corner or something? Obviously you can see that would be way too late on this track, so those ones aren't gonna work. The other thing that immediately stands out to me is there is NO downhills or uphills, which is very unusual. The previous CM was like 80% downhill, and wit is very important for that. When you have uphills, you know power is going to be an important factor as well. You can see a pretty long straight before the finish line, which to me would explain why NY Opera's unique will have some good usage here.When in doubt go and read the gametora description and conditions if you don't understand them, which it will spell out for you. Then you can plug into the umlator if you still don't understand it will show if you it activates or not.

A LOT of people really like Wario Land 4 on GBA which is pretty a strong refinement of the series, but each Wario game has a sort of different feel to it, and Wario Land 1 is sort of a prototype of a game, feels just more of a weirder clone of Mario with some other strange stuff going on, but a very cool game. I would say Wario Land 2 is where it really refines the mechanics of one and adds a lot of cool powerups. 3 is very interesting because it is more like a puzzle adventure game with metroidvania style backtracking and night and day cycles and all sorts of crazy stuff. I'd say if you had to play a classic one, Wario Land 2 is probably the most refined. Power Stone 2 is amazing, and unfortunely there's a port of it for like modern consoles but it guts the entire single player experience where you're fusing different weapons together and all that. But as a party game or fighting game it's crazy with these huge levels that are moving through entire set pieces and then loop around, extremely fun to play with friends, more fun than something like Smash bros which gets super sweaty and lame at high levels. Would recommend trying. No More Heroes is like a cult classic, I wish there were more games like but also I love the sequel to that one. Love all the Xenoblade games, 2 is probably my fav.

Yet the game is bogged down by a monastery intermission in between each stage so it's got its own issues separate from Fates/Engage. I left it off my list but I'd recommend Path of Radiance on GC if you haven't played it. Just a no-nonsense well made FE. Only thing you can say against it is it's kind of easy. The sequel is where shit gets kinda crazy/retarded, but I like it too.

I feel games like Deep Rock Galactic already do an excellent job with that. The art style shines despite the low poly models, and the games actual size is brilliantly compressed at just like a few gigabytes, and a very well made online system. I wanna see more indies on that level but rather making stylized single player games like we used to have, real adventures that don't just feel like a re-imagining or spiritual successor of another game.
