Cid seems like a meme, desu. A couple of neat weapons like almost guaranteed poison and the party DEF buff that also attacks, but stop is a weak gimmick, I'd sooner take Cait Sith's crits. He has a weapon designed for this GB though so you might have to pull anyway, depending on what you've got
