I always keep my team at pretty much the same level. If someone gets ahead, I don't use them as much for a minute, and it someone is really behind I just keep them in the front of my party. It was actually a lot easier to stay at the same level before experience share.

Prokedex, as far as I know it's the most "complete" dex app on the Google play store. It's got quite a few issues (like some moves being unlearnable for a mon, lacking trainer data outside of bosses, version exclusives being wrong/out of date, descriptions being copied from Bulbapedo, etc) but it also has a ton of info in one place. Has a built-in IV calc, ribbon data, and item data for most if not all items in each mainline game.

I think you might be better off dropping dusknoir since zoroark's ghost immunity is useful for volo while dusknoir's ghost weakness is a bit of an issue. Everything else looks like a solid answer into volo's team though, so if you really like dusknoir I don't think you'd have to drop it.
Anyways here's my current team, mono dragon in blaze black 2 redux, just got out of reversal mountain and going around route 14 before the rival fight
