Sure you can catch any pokemon from the Kanto region but you’ll still have to wait for whenever they feel like releasing Arceus, Aegislash, Mimikyu, Grookey, or Pecharunt. Their output is more shiny unlocks and hatmons than actual dex entries nowadays.
