>Dekanuchan-style Hammer Cheese Corn Dog>by Dekasuchan (Toshiaki Kasuga from Audrey) and &TEAM (Fuma, EJ and Taki)>Ingredients: 12 mozarella cheese sticks, 6 sausages, 400g of pancake mix, 160ml of water, appropriate amounts of wheat flour, 2 eggs, appropriate amounts of breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, appropriate amounts of sugar, appropriate amounts of sakura denbu>Put the pancake mix and one of the eggs in a bowl, then gradually add water as you mix it in with a wooden spoon to create a dough. Spread the flour on a cutting board before pouring the dough on it, then use the spoon to divide it into 6 equal parts. Take 6 skewers and place a cheese stick followed by a sausage then another cheese stick on each, then roll each of the dough pieces out and wrap them around the finished skewers. Beat the other egg, then dip each of the 6 skewers in the egg and sprinkle breadcrumbs over them. Place a piece of aluminium foil on a plate, coat it in olive oil, then place the corn dogs on top and cover them in some more olive oil before toasting them at 140 degrees Celcius for 10 minutes. Flip them over, then toast them for another 10 minutes. Finally, sprinkle sugar on the finished corn dogs and use sakura denbu to draw a Dekanuchan pattern on each.Get cooking, anons.
