Now seeing as they're bringing back Megas and "Gaem Freka r lasy", it makes more sense they make two temporary forms to have a gimmick starter trio, than make three redesigns on the assumption Kalos is as barren a shithole as Hisui, despite that clearly not being the case, given the two real-world countries the areas in the games are based off (Ezo being a barren shithole until colonisation and settlement into Hokkaido, Paris being founded between 2274 and 2279 years ago) and that L: Z-A will be a slavish 1:1 retread of L: A but with different pokémon.
