>>56078261It's interesting how gen 3 pokemon changed in the transition to DP. Delcatty no longer has the yellow spot on it's forehead and is a very different colour. Seedot is one that always stands out to me.
>>56078332Well if you notice, the transition from RS Delcatty to modern Delcatty occurred in Gen 3 not in DP. It has its normal look on the game cube games and also the anime. Her original look was changed pretty quickly. I don't even think there is any official concept art with her Hoenn look.
