The game revolves around Lumiose City. Now the first city fully-powered by electricity in the world, thanks to the Prism Foundation and its tower, you play as an amnesiac character who woke up one day in the outskirts of the city by a floating green small pokemon (the small form of Zygarde). The professor gives you one of three pokemon: Turtwig, Scorbunny or Mudkip. Something is going wrong in the city and pokemon in certain areas are starting to act erratic after blackouts.

There was a scene with like 4 people dressed like Hawlucha but in different colors
The trailer ends with a shot of the tower and the A from ZA appears before the logo reappears

Personal guesses:
That Bobobobo guy looked evil (but like in the unsubtle way that you expect from a children's game), most probably the villain, seems like he is also the head or leader or president of the Prism Foundation
Seems like the game revolves around Prism Tower. Your homebase is most likely Prism Tower and there is a shot of the main character in a similar uniform to the Bobobobo guy.
Feels like Zygarde is an ally in this game because the little green one follows you everywhere
