You’re the chairman for a new Pokémon League that can secure anybody for the role of 8 Gym Leaders, an Elite 4, and a Champion. Only rules are:
>Gym Leader pool can only be Gym Leaders, but you can put them in any order even if they’re in a different progression order in their original region. Minor league Gym Leaders and any character confirmed to be a ex-Gym Leader can also be chosen.
>Elite 4s have to have been Elite 4s in the past, you can choose whether they’re all equal or have a progression order.
>Champions have to have held the title at one point, but you can also choose Hau or Kukui.
>Trial Captains are counted at gym leader level, Kahunas are a “wild card” and can be E4s or GLs.
>If a character has held multiple of these titles, you can choose whichever one you want.
>Most importantly, have fun! If you really want to have say, Jasmine as an E4 member just break the rules. Engagement is more important that following them to a T.
