Now I actually know how to play the game I can be a bit more liberal and I don't feel the need to autistically stick to gen 4 or Hisuian variants. Pretty cool that you can get Eevee so early - I had an Espeon by level 15.This team will look completely different in a few hours' time - this is what I love about PLA, you find yourself *needing* to change your team around.I'd like to have both Roserade and Scizor but not sure how easy it is to get Shiny Stone or Metal Coat outside of MP yielding - does anybody have any tips?

>>56443694>eeveelutionsI did a "Professor Oak challenge" (level 10 research of every possible pokemon before fighting the noble pokemon of that map) for my playthrough, so I had to capture 9 eevee and evolve 8 of them before fighting Kleavor.>changing team compositionAside from when I was doing research, I usually had three mainstay team members. By the end of the fifth map, I had 5 team members. By the time I finished the main part of the story (pre-legendary hunt) I had a full 6 mon team that I cycled the highest levelled ones out to do research.>shiny stone and metal coatYou don't really NEED them. You can get an Alpha Roserade in the Mirelands (Cloudpool Ridge). As for Scizor, your best bet is either farming space-time distortions for the metal coat (each distortion has 2 or more evolution items just laying on the ground), or waiting until map 5 and farming the distortions there for the chance of a Scizor spawn.I also caught EVERYTHING in normal pokeballs, except for the one legendary in an Origin Ball. The hardest was the Unown hanging on the side of the island volcano. Had to bloody clip into my pokemon so I could walk on top of them just to get the necessary height to throw the ball

If you're on your way to fight the noble pokemon, then you're able to detour to fight the alphaWhat is and isn't catchable is kind of a fuzzy line in L:A. Like being able to get a level 60 alpha blissey right after you unlock Wyrdeer, with 10 seconds of awkwardly jumping against a wall. So as long as you are dedicated enough, you can actually get to a surprising amount of places with just Wyrdeer and a bit of effort.
