>>56461304Basically, there's like 3 or different things that affect shiny chances...If you've battled 500 or more of the same species, that boosts shiny chance of that species by 6x, but you can also start an "encounter chain" if you battle or catch 25 of that same species in a rowCombine all of those with the Shiny Charm, and you have a 1/455 chance that the next mon of that species you encounter will be shinyThen you have the "brilliant aura" versions that are guaranteed 2 to 3 flawless stats and an egg move, but I'm not sure if that affects shiny chance as well
