serperior becomes grass/dragon, empoleon becomes water/fighting, cinderace becomes fire/electric

new kalos starter mega evolutions - all keep the same type

pokedex is roughly 280 - bigger than arceus

no time travel, you live in the time period that za is set

first main mission makes you have to go and explore the first area to collect materials for the first bit of building

8 areas around lumiose known as 'zones' its where you can catch pokemon and they attack you

can also catch around 30 pokemon in the city itself

rideable pokemon return as well as fast travel

mega dragonite, arbok & dusknoir
